IX Specialist Command Units

Heres the patches for all the units in the URS IX Specialist Command (formerly IX Corps) , a rapidly deployable, highly skilled corps-sized force that is self-sufficient and specializes in harsh alpine environments, Airborne\Air Assault operations, and other special skills.

Units that are specifically trained for alpine combat and other harsh conditions are the 102nd, 105th, and 108th Alpine Brigades. Support units are the 202nd Aviation Brigade (provides CAS missions and airlift support), 203rd and 220th Medical Brigade (provides medical support primarily to IX Command), the 206th Signal Brigade (manages IX corps communications), and 212th Engineer Brigade (Combat Engineer unit - self explanatory). Units that are capable of special\front line operations - Direct Action, Forward Recon, Clandestine Ops, etc. - are the 88th, 97th, and 99th Special Infantry Divisions. One last special unit is SPADE (SPecial Assault DEtachment), a small exclusive unit that are capable of the skills above, and more. SPADE units can specialize in clandestine Search and Rescue operations, VIP protection, Counter-terrorist operations, False Flag operations, EOD, NBC warfare, and other more complex and secretive operations. To keep SPADE members at the top of their game, during wartime they are dispersed amongst frontline SID (Special Infantry Division) units; and are on-call for special operations. The identities of SPADE operators are usually kept classified, even to some of the higher ranking officers of SID units and IX corps.
